I'm having an issue with filleting this section due to the messy geometry left from the shell feature.

I'm looking to clean up this area either before or after shelling so I can apply radii to this area.

I had some help a few weeks back from Peter who had suggested  an extrude cut to offset from surface to give the hollowed out detail.

This worked well, but left some parts of the section thinner than others which I am trying to avoid as it will be an injection moulded part and I need a uniform thickness section with slightly thinner ribs. This is what led me to opt for the copy body + shell solution.
