Ok fellow users,

Particularly ​ or ​ how do I fix the attached part. I can go in and clean up by inserting a cut at the bend but I should not have too. I assume my foundation is flawed because I do not have proper gauge tables set up for 5052-H32 material, followed very closely by an improper bend radius and gap. I am willing to learn so school me.

I am running Solidworks 2015. SP5.0 - Hotfix #921731
