I'd like to make a piece of rolled "sheet metal" (ultimately going to be a plastic) into a "KANJAM" goal in Solidworks 2014. I need to be able to have a rectangular piece of sheet metal with tabs on one side and slots on the other so when it is rolled, the tabs can fit in the slots. How can I do this so the tabs would follow the curve of the roll and also offset them so they'd fit inside the slots?
