For a while i've been trying to learn how to produce sheet metal parts in SolidWorks using surfacing. I'm fairly amateur to sheet metal processes in general, but wanted to learn as much as possible about the different ways to produce sheet metal parts. I aim to be able to produce accurate sheet metal parts in 3D that can then be accurately converted and unfolded in SolidWorks. I have tried to find tutorials for sheet metal using surfacing but can't seerm to find any. Further, therer seems to be so many different ways of producing these parts that I don't know where to begin. HELP!!!
