I created a sheet metal part off of a single line contour (thin feature) as my base flange. I'd expected the Vertical line that extends from the origin to be the fixed face for my flat pattern. SolidWorks interpreted it so the long face in the center was the fixed face.

I tried "Reorder Bends", but I get no dialog box as in the help files:
