I have a sheet metal part that I am trying to creat one more sketched bend on. I already have done two and the third one is giving me fits. Basically I created a cut with a tab left in the middle of it. I want to now bend just the tab. I had some difficulty with the first two but they eventually worked as intended, the third one has not. After I have my bend sketched and exit the sketch and select the face to remain fixed, I select the surface that the tab is going to be bent from, and select the bend angle and check done, I get a message stating the part contains features that cannot be unbent. If I go back and select the surface that is to be the bent tab, the bend works fine, but now my part is skewed in relation to my datums and coordinate system etc. Also, if I set a different bend angle (I want it to be 60 degrees) the bend will work as intended.What do I need to do to make this work right?
