Hi All,

I have been trying to create a single sheet metal part with a flat pattern. The part has a curved base flange then transitions curved to flat with a lofted bend, then needs to have a straight length of a flange, then a 90° edge flange. The problem I'm having is maintaining the flat pattern with all these features. SW has been able to generate a flat pattern for each feature separately, but when trying to combine the features to one part using Combine, the flat pattern fails. Part of the problem seems to be that the lofted bend has curved faces when flattened. Anyone know of a way to have the curve to flat transition in sheet metal while maintaining the flat pattern?
