Im having real difficulty recreating something in Sheetmetal from an IGES file I recieved, can anyone shed any light on a best way to create the 4; for lack of a better description, Budgie Beaks in the attached file. I would imagine and prefer forming tools so I can reuse easily. Thanks in advance.

Solidworks is version is 2011.
