I have attempted to flatten a member for a frame that is a tube. The tube outer diameter is 25.4 inches and I have placed a thing cut and used the bend tool to flatten the pipe to make a profile cut for the edges to cope. The only issue is that when I flatten the tube the perimeter of the outside diameter is not the same as the width of the flattened profile. It loses about 8mm all up. Any help with this issue would be great. I have attached the two files used for this.
