As the topic suggests, I am generated a model using sheet metal only features including an edge flange and a closed corner feature.  During the sheet metal development through the closed corner feature, everything proceeds without error.  With the flatten bends, I am seeing a semantically incorrect behavior: the flat pattern tabs overlap each other due to the closed corner feature (no SW error is generated), as seen below!  Is this supposed to happen, because the system is sensitive to the gap dimension, etc.?
