I'm having trouble with one feature in my flat pattern, I can't figure out how to make it flatten.

See the lip around the edge at the top of the part? That's the bugger. It's the next to last thing in the design tree. I cannot figure out how to get the flat pattern to collect those bends for the life of me... and I'm sure there something obvious that I just can't see (I don't use sheet metal functions daily).

Any ideas?
