Sheet Metal Box: Top Flange Not Mitering Correctly Due to 96° Angle

Hello everyone,

This is my first time using this forum, and I hope someone can help me with the following problem.

I’m trying to create a sheet metal box with a top flange. The challenge is that the top of the box is not parallel to the bottom—there is a 96-degree angle. Because of this, I’m having trouble creating a top flange that closes properly with mitered corners.

I’ve attempted using an edge flange with a closed-corner feature, but the results weren’t what I expected. It doesn’t work correctly on the bottom edges, and the top edges intersect each other.

My goal is to create a fully closed top flange with clean, accurate mitered corners. I feel like I may need a different workflow to achieve this. If anyone could help me figure out how to fix this part, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks in advance!
