When I research this issue, I am seeing threads that talk about versions from the past having issues with the bend table not reading standard bend allowances correctly this causing the below issue.  In my experience, to have a bend radius the same as the metal thickness is pretty common place, yet with this part, it is giving me the error shown below.  For the life of me I cannot seem to figure out how to rectify it.  Oh, it will give me the radius and thickness as I want it at .375, and it will give me a flat pattern and all shows up fine in the drawing, just shows the views as having errors.  The same applies in the part model.
