Hi Folks

I'm planning on making some rotating couplings and started off with the simplest shaft assembly I could do. It's a pretty basic shaft into a housing, all I wanted it to do is for the shaft to rotate the entire housing that contains it. The shaft just rotates in the housing independently, it's like there is no physical contact recognized between the housing and the shaft? I've tried all kinds of mates between shaft and the round outer housing, tried locking the mates, tried concentric mate and locking rotation, still does it in animation, basic motion doesn't move at all?

What am I doing dumb?
