Hi,

We recently upgraded to SW 2014 SP2. It's crashing fairly regularly, and every time it's losing any changes I've made to the buttons on the right of the menu bar (but not changes to the toolbars). When I upgraded from 2013 I chose to reset everything. Is there anything I can do to fix this?
