I have a spline on surface (see image) and I need to set tangency to surface edge (to trim the corner).

I drag and connect the endpoint to the surface edge OK

Ctrl select the curve and the surface edge > select the tangency relation

Keep getting an 'over defined' error

Any suggestions?

(I've attached the file but it's from an educational license)
