Setting custom property to text already inside note

In a drawing, is there a way to obtain the text inside of a note as the input to the value of a custom property?

For example, if I have a boss-extrude in a part, inside that part I can use "D1@Boss-Extrude1" as the input to a custom property, and it will evaluate to the length of the boss-extrude. I would like something similar for a drawing where I could use "text@Note1" to evaluate to the text that's inside that note.

My work so far is:

I noticed that notes don't appear in the annotations folder... that's weird....

If you go to put a note inside of a block you can get its name. However the custom property "text@Note<1>" Doesn't seem to work.

Is there documentation for what the valid inputs for "XX@Boss-Extrude##" are? And maybe documentation for what the valid inputs are for "XX@Note<##>"? ...hopefully?... maybe?.... *crying emoji*. Linking to EITHER of the two documentation pieces would help....

Yes I have a reason for doing this, yes this is a workaround for another problem, even so I would still like to know how to do this, no I don't want to link the text to a pre-existing custom property, yada yada yada...
