I am trying to overwrite the file name shown in the SaveAs dialog when saving a file that has already been saved.  I am programming in VB.net.  I am invoking the dialog by modelDoc2.Extension.RunCommand(swCommands_e.swCommands_SaveAs, "") However, this method does not let you set the "title" if the file has already been saved.  So, I am setting the saveAs file name but that doesn't seem to help.  Anyone have any ideas?

doc.SetTitle2(fileName)

doc.SetSaveAsFileName(fileName)
