When will Dassault Systemes get their head out of their royal p'tout and learn how to do deltas?  I can't be the only one who cringes every time the 'service pack available for download' alert appears.  These are not Service Packs, they are full releases.  An 8+ gig download for what usually amounts to a few megs of binary change is outrageous and an unnecessary burden on the user base.
