We deployed about 3 weeks ago. Users can right-click and create a new change request. This opens a file data card. There's a read-only field on the form that is supposed to auto-populate but something is intermittently failing. The number is simply a "-". The users aren't noticing it until they create their .doc file.

Has anyone experienced any issues with the serial (auto-numbering) feature causing problems? Thanks!
