Just got done watching the whats new webinar, which was a joy (I know, I couldn't resist) as always.

One thing that stuck out to me was the power of the new Collect Support Information tool. Now with a few clicks I can gather a large of very confidential data into a nice .zip file.

The enhancement I would like to see is the ability to encrypt that file.  While I could easily encrypt the file before sending it off, then I have to come to an agreement with my VAR, or SW about which encryption tool to use.  If it is built then everyone has it.

   I'm not sure the password protection ability of .zip files is enough, thats not really encrypting at all.

   Finally I don't have my beta up and running yet, who can access this tool? Is there a permission control for it? I didn't notice or even think to look during the whats new webinar.
