A force tips it. What will be the laser point on plane displacement?

The final goal is to make a design study to find parameters that ensure small enough ray deviation.

I understand that construction geometry displacement is an ambiguous term(
May be some sensor can do the trick? (solve the problem of line and plane intersection)
