I have an imported assembly, imported as a multi body single part.  I want to be able to select multiple bodies so I can suppress them all at once.  In this case the bodies I want to suppress are bolts, so they all have the same geometry.

My end game is to create a simple config and simplify this part and reduce its file size.

I have tried turning this part into a weldment to gather all like bodies but I cannot suppress them from the cutlist, only create a delete body feature.

Select by Volume option is greyed out, along with the Power Select option, even though I am using a Premium license and have the Solidworks Utilities add-in running.  

The imported part is not linked to the original .SAT file.

Any thoughts?
