I am working on a mounting panel with multiple hole patterns and multiple configurations.  I want to have one sketch that has all the holes and use selected contours in the extruded cut feature to change the hole pattern from configuration to configuration.  This is working for the most part, I can select the holes I want to cut in one configuration and then go to the next and select those holes and the next.  But after doing this a few time the pattern will all of a sudden reset and I don't know why.  I have tried a couple of different things, selecting contours vs, regions, setting all configurations to "This Configuration" for all the features.  This will work for a little but I can go from config. to config. but then without warning it resets and all of the configurations are set to one pattern.

Any help or insight into this would be great.
