Select Other does nothing, but I am able to cycle through the hidden faces in the Select Other dialog. Attached clip. 

I've already tried disabling the "Enhanced graphic performance" option in system options, and I've made sure I don't have an errant filter in place. Similar behavior in assembly as well. Someone else recently reported a similar issue here and there really wasn't any solution offered.
