I am trying to use "Select Other" to select a surface so that I can measure to another surface.  I am rotating my assembly so that I reduce the number of surfaces behind the surface that I am trying to select.  It seems that often, no matter how I do this, Solidworks 14 does not include the surface that I want in the list that it gives me.  It's almost diabloical...like it knows what I want, and is purposely avoiding giving me the selection.  Is there some way to appease this behavior so that it just does what it should do, and used to do in the past?
