I have a part that I imported from a different format, so it appears as a single body (no individual features).  There are about 1100 small diameter extrusions all on 1 flat face that I need to select and do a convert entities.  I can't figure out how to select all the diameters at once, and I really don't want to have to do each one individually.

Any ideas?
