Is there a way to just section a small portion of my part? I'm a bit new to SW and I'm used to being able to section only certain areas of parts. Instead of the whole thing

Right now, I'm doing a detail view and then sectioning the detail view. But that extra detail view is useless! therefore I don't want it. see below. I'd much rather just have section BB on the large view but not take up the entire width of the part. Is this possible?
