Hi
When doing a section view A-A , B-B etc, the view generated is forthe full length of the component from the initial section position.
In Autodesk Inventor you had an option of setting a view depth. This means if you set it to say 1000mm then the view generatedwould only be from the initial section view to a position 1000mmaway from it. This was handy if you had a cambered plate and didnot want multiple lines showing the curve for full length.
Does Solidworks have a setting where you can specify a view depthsetting or does it always view for the full length of item.
Thanks
