When using the Solidworks forum add-in I can type anything in the search bar, click search and nothing happens!

I then click Start a Discussion and get the Start a Discussion group page, selecting any of the groups I get the Jive opps the page can't be found.

I am willing to do a Share my screen if you need further information.
