We are seeing quite a difference in the time required to return results between using our Search Card and using the Variables tab in the Complete Search. The Variables search is less intuitive and more error prone (we have several droplists the eliminate manual entry in the card), however it is much faster. I ran a test to determine the time difference.
Each search was performed on a folder containing 1953 files in 14 folders.

We'd prefer to use our Search Card but feel that the performance difference may justify us removing it altogether. Is there anythig we can do to improve the Search Card performance?
