I am trying to get a report of checked out files per user.  I use the default search card, search all checked out files.  This gives me a list of files and users, then I export this to Excel and create a pivot table.    The problem is, when I hover over a users name in EPDM, the "Checked out files" total does not equal the total that's in my pivot table.  I suspect this because the search didn't report/display the users local files that haven't been through the initial check-in.

Is there a way to get these files to show up in a search report?
