Screw separator

 

I am facing an issue while calculating the screw separator in SolidWorks FlowSimulation. My main goal is to accurately model and analyze the pulp separation process.

To successfully conduct the simulation, I need to:

1. **Pulp Inlet**:

   - It is necessary to show how the pulp enters the separator and distributes along the screw surface.

   - It is important to display key parameters such as the speed, density, and viscosity of the pulp to see how these factors influence the separation process.

2. **Animation in FlowSimulation**:

   - A visual animation is needed that demonstrates the movement of the pulp inside the separator.

   - The animation should show the changes in flow and the behavior of the pulp under the influence of gravity and centrifugal forces.

   - It is also worth demonstrating the separation of particles by size and density to see the efficiency of the separator.
