Greetings everyone,

I am currently working on a project where I need to secure the two components together using a sheet metal part. The hole clearance is .188" and stamped .09" deep. Question is, what are some securing options that would be ideal for this application? I was thinking about using a counter sunk machine screw or maybe sex bolts.. but I am not sure yet.
