I'm not sure if any help can be provided, but I thought I'd at least ask. Within the last couple of weeks, I've started having some very strange screen re-draw issue, but so far, I've only experienced it in SolidWorks and only when in a sketch. What complicates this is that my GoBoxx laptop has a GTX 1070, which is obviously not certified for SW. At the time this machine was purchased, my primary CAD tool was Fusion 360, but I've changed departments, so now SW is now a tool that I use. It has worked fine up until the last couple of weeks.
I thought this was related to either the update to SW Service Pack 3 or the NVIDIA Studio driver 462.31, both of which happened recently. At the suggestion of Boxx Support, I've used a tool called DDU that completely removes all traces of the video drivers and did a clean re-install. After see the issues that I was having, their thought was that there could be a corrupt driver component somewhere. After the clean re-install, I'm having the same issues. At this point, this is the only strange behavior that I've noticed in any application and only in a sketch. I did uninstall SP3 and installed SP2, same issue, so I've now uninstalled that and have gone back to SP3.
I've uploaded a screen-cast video that records the behavior that I'm experiencing. That video can be viewed on our corporate file sharing site, if someone wants to take a look:

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
