I just updated to SW2015 and I see they still haven't fixed the problem when creating a new scaled view the scale note doesn't automatically populate.  It does automatically populate on a projection view.  In SW2013 it populated when first placing the view, then it stopped working this way in SW2014 and now it's still not working.  I believe there was a number of requests to fix this back in 2014.  Am I missing a setting or something or is SW still broke?
