I've been asked to create a scale model of one of our products. I therefore thought I would just use the scale tool on each part.

The tool works perfectly, until I hit Flatten. The flat pattern is the same size as the original and I get a rebuild error.

Following the error fix and applying the scale feature after the flatten gives a scaled flat view, but full-size folded view, but also full-size bend lines on the flat view!

Is there a way to fix this? I want to make a drawing showing the flat pattern with bend lines in 1:6 along with a side profile.
