I m facing a problem as there is no any option in SolidWorks for saving the files in lower versions as some other software do exist with this feature.

just anyone let me know that saving in which format(IGES,PARASOLID etc) works better if i want to reopen in lower versions of SolidWorks or NX, where i could get less data loss.
