I have always found the decal behavior very frustrating in that it uses an external file that is not necessarily traceable.  In an effort to try to keep the image with the file I have in past resorted to saving a copy in the Design Binder, but the is a little awkward.  We use Workgroup PDM, and you would not even know to look for a decal when opening a subassembly...

Has there been a way added to save that image within the file (e.g. an option)?  It seems like a silly thing until you have to placard your parts with labels and the decals are so much lighter than a featured font type label.
