I need to convert an assembly into a part in order to send the file to CNC via a single STL file. In the past I have done this by just saving an assembly to a part and SW  provided a part based on solids. For an unknown reason, SW now provides a file based on surfaces that cannot be saved as STL. What can I do to avoid this?
