I have an assembly consisting of several parts.  I want to "saveas" this assembly and parts into a separate location, and give it a different name (It's going to be modified as a new piece of equipment).  I also have a drawing of this assembly I would like to transfer over, and rename.

What's the quickest, easiest, painless way to transfer all these files to a different location and give different names?
