I have an assembly with 2 configurations with 89 top level components. For some 7 components, which are used in both the configurations, the BOM shows up as separate items for each configuration. For example

Items 1 and 3 are the same parts, used in the both the configurations. But are being displayed as separate items. Similar is the case with items 2 and 4.

The "Part configuration grouping" option is set to "...same name as one item" (the third radio button) and the "Display as one item number" box checked.

Any idea whats happening.
