We just began the process of migrating about 15 years of Autocad models into our new Solidworks system, and we have found that the blanks that have worked for years in AutoCAD do not bend up the same was in Solidworks.  We maintain the same part thicknesses, dimensions, bend radii, and bend allowances, yet the folded models differ between the systems by .002"-.1" depending on the part.  Could it be an issue with the standard K-factor?  Any ideas?  I'm stumped.
