I've lost the 's' flyout toolbar and can't work out how to reset it.

Someone at my organisation had assigned a shortcut key to 's' in the standard setting we roll out to all computers. this has been deleted but I need to re-instate 's' to flyout toolbar, I'm lost without it.

Solidworks 2019 Service pack 3.
