Win 10, MS Office 2016, SW2017-SP2

I'm seeing all kinds of strange behavior with SW2017 SP0, SP1, and now SP2.  Currently having issues with an assembly having hundreds of configurations defined by a design table.  Experiencing lots of delays/lags unless there are very few configurations.  Now I'm getting this error on an assembly file.  Must be either a corrupt file, Win10 Update issue, or SW bug because it happens on both my workstation and laptop.

Has anyone seen this error before and are others having issues configuration based parts/assemblies?
