I have a Dell T3500 and I'm running SolidWorks 2010, SP4.0.  When I exit/shut down

SolidWorks, I'm always getting a Runtime Error C++ Library, statement below.

This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.

Please contact the applications support team for more information.

This happens everytime I close the software.  Does anyone know what is happening.
