Is it possible in flow simulation to run a time-dependent analysis where my boundary conditions are set pressure values and the at some time t = t_a, a part within the overall model begins to rotate with a given angular velocity until t_b.

If this is not possible, what would be a recommended workaround that can be done.

The part in question is a simple valve along a pipeline that is closing itself and I am interested in viewing the pressure signals created downstream from the pipe was the valve is shutting at various speeds
