How do you get an embedded macro to run immediately, when opening a file?

I want to open an assembly, then immediately change one of the subassemblies Rigid, then remake that same sub Flexible.

Unfortunately, its the only way I can get the joint to work correctly.. a different topic altogether, but one thing at a time.
