I am using the routhing feature to model laser beams.  The beams are reflecting off of mirrors.  The 3D routing sketch easily manages this.

My problem is that I want to route with sharp corners, and trim off the mirror faces, later. The routing feature will not create a solid model for angles of 40° or less.  If I were routing wires or tubing, I would just add a radius, which I would need to do anyway.  For laser routing, I need sharp corners. 

Note how on the attachment, everything works when the angle is 45°.  It breaks when I change it to 40°.
