I was wondering if somebody could please help me.

For example, when I create hoses and select the flexible hose option and set the bend radius for example at 12" center line as the parameters, Solidworks for some reason thinks that the bend radius is not 12" but instead thinks that the bend radius is the OD of the hose I am making.  As a result, all the hoses I create do not have the correct min bend radius. 

Please help.  Thank you.
